This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to STNDRD App LLC, along with its associated corporations and any business and training facilities they operate in The United States of America, the website www.stndrdapp.co, the mobile application ("App"), and any other websites managed by us (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," and "us").

Our commitment is to handle personal information in accordance with all relevant privacy laws.

In the course of delivering our services to you, we may acquire and process personal information as detailed below. STNDRD App LLC functions as a data controller for GDPR purposes, and this Policy comprises information that must be supplied to you upon collection of your personal data.

How long do we retain your data?

• Usage and activity data (workout logs, app activity) is retained for up to 2 years from the date of creation or last activity.

• Support and communication records are retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction.

Once the applicable retention period expires, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.


How can you request deletion of your data?

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request, you may:

• Within the App: Navigate to Profile → Manage Profile → Delete Account to submit a deletion request directly.

• By email: Send a request to support@stndrd.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including your registered email address and full name.

Upon receipt of a verified request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Please note that deleting your account will result in permanent loss of access to your workout history, progress data, and any active subscriptions.
